ASAVA WHISKY - Matured in American Bourbon barrels and meticulously perfected in Indian Cabernet Sauvignon casks for the first time in History resulting in a unique expression with an impeccable balance. TASTING NOTES - Typical tropical fruity note of Rampur with added notes of apricot, blackberry & plum followed with a faint hint of tobacco and spices. The palate is velvety, manuka honey sweetness highlighted by spicy oak, vanilla and balanced with dryness for Indian red wine. The Indian trail lingers with a medium finish. HOW TO ENJOY - Our smooth, single malt whisky is best enjoyed neat or over ice. This whisky can also be used to create delicious cocktails. OLD FASHIONED COCKTAIL - Why not try making an Old Fashioned Whisky cocktail with Rampur's Asava whisky! Simply add sugar, bitters and water in a small tumbler and mix until the sugar dissolves. Fill with ice and stir in the whisky. Add a splash of soda water and mix - delicious! WHISKY SMASH COCKTAIL - Have a go at making a Whisky Smash cocktail by adding lemon wedges, bourbon, simple syrup, mint leaves and ice to a shaker. Shake until well-chilled and double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Finally, garnish with a mint sprig - refreshing & delicious!
