The glass is melted and, while still hot, it is then relaxed over a piece of teak root. A round mould is then pushed into the glass forming the place for a tealight, votive candle or incense cone. The glass then hardens to the shape of the wood ensuring a perfect fit. As such the shape of the wood determines the finished piece and every piece is unique.
