For many years, the cooking series from the traditional Austrian brand has been one of the classics in catering kitchens and is of course also suitable for amateur chefs with special requirements (however, please note which pans are suitable for the hob sizes in your kitchen). The 5mm thick encapsulated sandwich base closes with a full-surface induction plate made of stainless steel and thus ensures rapid heating on any type of stove, optimum and even heat distribution and long-lasting heat retention. Featuring the abrasion-resistant, ceramic-reinforced ILAG Granite coating, the frying pans are suitable for health-conscious frying without the addition of fat and are oven-safe up to 240 degrees. The non-stick coated pans are basically dishwasher safe, however, we recommend manual cleaning with soft materials as well as handling non-metallic kitchen utensils (e.g. made of plastic or wood) for especially long life.
