Apply the RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer (Strong or Medium) to your eyebrows and skin with the brush, leave it on for 4 minutes, and then remove it with a dry cotton pad. Wait an additional 4 minutes before going on to the next step. Then apply the selected shade of the Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel , leave it on for 2 minutes, and remove it with a dry cotton pad.
