Tussah silk - also known as shantung - is a wild silk produced by silkworms that feed on oak and juniper leaves. This type of silk cannot be farmed - and its harvesting - warping - and dyeing process is more complex - making it an exclusive and cruelty-free fabric. The selection of yarns for our knitwear is done with extreme care - opting for natural fibers of the highest quality. Each piece is made in small workshops specialized in the Italian region of Reggio Emilia - where a craftsmanship approach is maintained to ensure excellence in every detail.
