With an extended shelf life of 12 months from the manufacture date, Over The Top Buttercream is an absolute essential for any cake decorator's cupboard. Once opened, this buttercream will keep fresh for up to 3 months in the refrigerator, or up to 6 months in the freezer. Over The Top Buttercream comes from 20 years of experience working with buttercream, guaranteeing consistent results with each use. Each 425g tub will cover up to 12 cupcakes or 7" x 3" round cake. In colder weather the buttercream may become firmer - if required, warm it slightly in the microwave to achieve your desired texture.
