High-Alloy Stainless : 310S stainless steel rod is a high-alloy stainless steel containing 24%-26% chromium and 19%-22% nickel. It has a continuous operating temperature of up to 1150°C and a melting point between 1400°C and 1450°C. to Stainless Steel : 310S stainless steel bar is primarily used in ultra-high-temperature environments where 304 cannot withstand the demands of 304. Its oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength far exceed those of 304. High-Temperature Applications : 310S stainless steel is widely used in high-temperature applications such as industrial furnace components, automotive purification systems, incinerators, and petro equipment. Adjustable Material Properties : 310S stainless steel can be modified through solution treatment (1030-1180°C). It exhibits stable high-temperature creep strength and excellent weldability. Its performance surpasses that of 309S stainless steel at 1200°C. Wide Application- Commonly used in construction, machining, and DIY projects.
