Two Rivers Juliet Riesling has aromas of Kaffir lime, lemon and Jasmine blossom, mixed with hazelnuts and a touch of spice. The palate is bright and pure with a beautiful grainy texture, honeysuckle, and ripe citrus flavours. This waxy textured Riesling has great concentration and a lovely balance of sweetness and mouth-watering acidity.\n\nPartially whole bunch pressed and then fermented cool in stainless steel. The fermentation was stopped when the sweetness and acidity were in perfect balance.
