70cl / 38.00% - A pairing of vegetal, earthy Rhum Agricole from Mauritius, made by distilling sugar cane juice, with citric, herbal botanicals. The Agricole was infused was Amalfi lemons and redistilled to create a citrus rum distillate. The same was done with Blue Mountain eucalyptus from Australia and Uva Highland black tea (a Sri Lankan tea grown at high altitude). The mix was then rounded out with kina bark, Sarawak pepper and sarsaparilla root.
