Embroidery magazine July/August 2026 Darren Ball, Cornish Customs, Festival of Q
Embroidery Magazine is a publication which contains articles on historical, contemporary and ethnographic embroidery and textile art. It will have features on stitched drawings, machine based embroidery and so much more. It is published by the Embroiderer’s Guild which is based in Surrey in the UK. It will contain features on different types of embroidery from all over the world as well as in the UK. There will also be interesting details on the latest exhibitions that can’t be missed.

This magazine is a slim publication, but don’t be fooled by its small size. It contains a great deal of content on all the latest developments in the world of embroidery. When we picked up this magazine we expected to read a magazine with slightly dull ‘how to’ sections and features on old fashioned techniques, we were pleasantly surprised when we realised that this magazine is extremely modern and likes to showcase the more unusual side of embroidery art.
