Active coconut carbon, 1 kg, for 47 L, grain size 1.0-3.6 mm, adsorption activity >60%, for purification and correction of taste and odour of water and spirits. Indispensable for distillation - active carbon allows taste and odour correction of drinking water and spirits by adsorption of substances that adversely affect the taste and aroma of distillates. High quality - the powerful porous structure obtained through special steam treatment of coconut shells allows the process to give better results than that carried out with stone carbon. For distillation and more - active carbon will prove useful not only for distillation, but also as an additive in horticulture, e.g. when preparing jar forests as the filter layer. Low ash content - when using carbon, ash is not ‘washed out’, which has a positive effect on the taste of the purified liquid and gives it a mild flavour. Economy pack - one 2 L pack (1 kg) contains active carbon with grain size 0.6-2.36 mm, iodine value >900 mg/g and ash content below 3%, and is sufficient for 47 L of liquid.
