Signed by Alan Lee, Limited Edition 1915/3000. Good condition. There are some scuffs and light wear to the edges and corners of the slip case, and some light wear to the edges and corners of the cover itself. The Hobbit Sketchbook is signed and numbered on the title page, and the LOTR sketchbook has some scuffs and light folds to the bottom corner of the last collection of pages. Otherwise in very good condition with pages crisp and clean.
