The Broken Boy by Patrick Cockburn\n\nSigned by the author on the title page (without dedication); Jonathan Cape 2005 1st ed/1st printing, 312pp., text generally in decent order albeit with slight browning to pages, some browning/staining/rubbing/scuffing to the page extremities at the very top, side and bottom, spine very slightly cocked and front board a bit warped, very slight bumping and rubbing to board corners, to the top of the front board and to the bottom and sides of both - a bit heavier to the base of the spine and heavier still to the top, one small bump to the top of the rear board, elsewhere the rear board is slightly bumped and marked, less so the front board, the dust jacket has slight internal and external browning, some shelf wear with very slight scuffing to the top corners and top of spine, both covers have some marks, scratches & indentations including a small bump on the rear in the same place as the one on the rear board.\n\nIt is very easy to get polio.
