The map inside is clean and unmarked but has the the top right corner neatly cut off and the top of the last fold line is a touch grubby. The right end and edges of the spine are lightly scuffed and the left end is scuffed with a short tears at the front edge at both ends. The top left corner is scuffed and 'Engineers Copy' can be seen below the title. The edges of the covers have the usual short crease lines and the top of both edges on the front have slight scuffing. The bottom corners and edge of the front cover have creases and scuffing as can be seen. The top of the right edge on the back is wavy.
