The map inside is clean crisp and unmarked. The ends of the spine are lightly scuffed and the left hand end has a nickto the front and back edges. The edges of the covers have the usual short crease lines and the bottom corners and edge of the front cover have slight creases and scuffing as can be seen with a longer crease crossing above the left hand corner. The back cover has light creasing of the bottom corners.
