Ordnance Survey Landranger 198 Brighton & The Downs 3rd issue

The map inside is like new - clean crisp and unmarked inside. The ends of the spine and top corners and edge of the front cover are slightly scuffed with a loss of 455 of board at the left end. The spine is sun bleached. The left edge of the front cover has light scuffing and a 5mm tear to theleft of 'public'.The bottom corners and edge have light creasing and scuffing.
