This is the first English language history of the Spa 24 Hour motor race, one of the world\u2019s classic endurance events, staged on the spectacular but demanding Spa-Francorchamps circuit in the beautiful Ardennes region of Belgium.\n\n2014 was the 90th anniversary of this famous race and the story is brought right up to date with coverage of the 66th running of the event. Originally conceived in 1924 as an imitation of the Le Mans 24\n\nHours, the race gradually took its own individual course, covering through its history the Le Manstype sports cars, Touring cars and now the current GT cars.
