The Battle of Britain, July-November 1940 (Great Campaigns), Johnson, David, Exc
The Battle of Britain, July-November 1940, David Johnson\nThe renowned author of The London Blitz and V for Vengeance, brings fresh insight and new sources to this compelling account of World War II's most famous air campaign, including the true origin of many \""Canadian\"" pilots in the RAF, whose true nationality was disguised due to United States neutrality early in the war.\nCombined Publishing, Pennsylvania, 1998 first edition hardback with dustwrapper.\nVery Good. Structurally top end of the grade. Unclipped and unsunned dw has just the most marginal of peripheral creasing. Book is tight, bright and white although some light dots to page edges. A few lightly pencilled comments to fep and rear end paper and some light pencilled annotations outside text block, these very few in number.\nComments are by a contemporary/observer at the time and include corrections to text, so are left for the buyer to peruse and choose to erase if required, as may be of some interest! Small and neat .
