Limited to 700 numbered copies, of which this copy is number 581. Signed by the author direct to the title page, without inscription. Bound in the original publisher's hardcover boards, titled in white to the spine. Spine ends with only minor bumping, the binding otherwise in excellent condition. Internally the block is sound, with the pages unmarked, clean and tight, a hint of age toning. Closed edges sprayed blue, a patch of the upper closed edge with fading. Jacket unclipped and protected. Overall condition Vg+ to Near Fine. From the library of a collector of Signed books, hence the excellent condition. \nNour has lost her father. She has also lost the place where she was born and now lives in the Syrian city of Homs, along with her sisters and mother. And so, by the fig tree in thy
