It seems that at one point there was light moisture encroachment into the book. Although now fully dried out and without a hint of mustiness, upon inspection I had to prise apart a few of the opening and closing pages. In most instances  I managed this successfully and the pages prised apart without leeching. There is the occasional extremely light transfer of black print from one page to the other. There was fractional leeching between two pages but the damage was minimal. This can be seen in.
