Also includes an early draft of the first chapter that differs from the main manuscript (with another publisher's note, dated 11th December 2006); a publisher's press release; and a first printing of the published book. The book is inscribed and signed by the author to the title page: 'For Philip from Barbara. November 2008', book is in fine condition, jacket has slight damage to top edge of front cover.
