Some scuffing to binding, a little marking but quite clean. Red leather or faux leather spine with raised bands and gilt detail and lettering. Binding reasonably firm, small signs of shelf-wear. Extensive patch of marking to lower page edges page edges, while fore-edges contain some ink spotting and other marking. Upper page edges are gilt, though somewhat scuffed. Patterned endpapers, cloth ribbon marker. Page surfaces generally clean, no inscriptions, marginalia, underlining, etc. See pictures for more information.
