Description\nSTI was established, and its first challenge was to compete in FIA-sanctioned events that measured average speed over a specified distance or time, with a goal of setting a world speed record. Using a pre-release model of the new Legacy as the base, the vehicle was modified, and extensive training for in-house drivers and mechanics was conducted. The challenge began on January 2, 1989. After overcoming various difficulties, the three Legacy cars completed the challenge, and on January 20, car number 2 achieved a world record by covering 100,000 kilometers at an average speed of 223.345 km/h. All three cars set new records, surpassing the previous ones. This world record remained unbroken for 16 years and became the foundation of STI's activities.ShippingWe will ship by SpeedPak Economy (available only to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia) or SpeedPak Expedited (via DHL or FedEx).\nInternational Buyers - Please Note:Notice to International Buyers\n.
