MATERIAL: Manufactured from brass, this wall mount full back plate hinge is designed for use with monolithic tempered glass panels. The brass construction supports specified door weight limits when installed in approved hinge quantities. FINISH: Finished in oil rubbed bronze, the surface treatment provides a consistent appearance suitable for coordinating with matching shower hardware. Finish color is uniform across hinge body and back plate components. DIMENSIONS: Overall hinge height measures 4" with a hinge width of 2-5/16", backplate height measures 4", backplate width measures 2-1/8" and Vertical CTC distance is 3-3/16", Horizontal CTC distance is 1-9/16". FUNCTION: This hinge provides a 90 degree inward and 90 degree outward swing. A self-centering closing action engages when the door is within 15 degrees of the closed position for controlled door alignment. COMPATIBILITY: This hinge is designed for use with monolithic tempered glass panels in 3/8" to 1/2" thickness. Suitable for corner, niche, bathtub, and tailor-made shower enclosure configurations as specified. USAGE: When using two hinges, the system supports door weights up to 110 lbs. When using three hinges, supported door weight increases up to 140 lbs, based on approved glass thickness and configuration.
