Honey, vanilla and fresh blossom lead into dried peel, allspice and apricot, finishing warm and clean GRANDE CHAMPAGNE CRAFT: Premier Cru cognac made from Ugni Blanc in Grande Champagne. Fermented 4–5 days, then open-flame double distilled in a 25hL copper pot still on heavy lees.
