Haggis Complete Spice Mix 250g and 2 Artificial bungs\n\nOur multi award winning Complete Haggis mix contains: Oatmeal, onion and spices to make the perfect haggis.\n\nThis mix will make approximately 1kg of haggis mix\n\nRecipe\n--Pluck Top - 285g (sheep heart, liver & lungs with windpipe removed)\n\n--Beef suet - 185g \n\n--Haggis Mix - 250g\n\n--Stock or Water - 280ml\n\nMethod\n--Remove windpipe from plucks.
