Haggis Complete Spice Mix 250g and 2 Artificial bungs\n\nOur multi award winning Complete Haggis mix contains: Oatmeal, onion and spices to make the perfect haggis.\n\nThis mix will make approximately 1kg of haggis mix\n\nRecipe\n--Pluck Top - 285g (sheep heart, liver & lungs with windpipe removed)\n\n--Beef suet - 185g \n\n--Haggis Mix - 250g\n\n--Stock or Water - 280ml\n\nMethod\n--Remove windpipe from plucks. Wash and boil for 30-40 minutes.\n\n--Mince meat through 10mm plate\n\n--Mince suet through 10mm plate.\n\n--Blend minced suet with the pluck tops and haggis mix.\n\n--Add stock or water and remix thoroughly.\n\n--Fill into Ox bungs or Artificial casings and tie ends.\n--Cook for an hour to an hour and a half at 180\u00B0C\nInstructions and ingredients on pack.\n\nSupplied as standard 250g pack.\n \nThis product now has Ingredients, allergen and nutritional information. \nPlease see the tabs below.\n\nDescription\n\nIngredients & Allergens\n\nHow-To Vid.
