Coconut and Coriander 5 Minute Marinade Glaze 600g\n\nA combination of aromatic flavours for that authentic Thai taste. A blend of orange, peppers and herbs with the sweet aroma of coconut and ginger. Ideal for beef, chicken, seafood and vegetables.\n\nSimple blend of spices, herbs and natural flavours that when dusted onto meat, fish or vegetables, re-hydrate to form a sauce-like glaze with a glossy visual appeal.\n\nMethod\n\n--Take 1kg of your chosen meat and wet by running under cold water.\n\n--Place in a suitable bag or container and add 40g to 50g of glaze.\n\n--Shake well to entirely cover contents.\n\n--Add more glaze and repeat if necessary\n\n--Place your meat on skewers and grill or place in and oven proof dish and cover with foil and cook in oven.\n\nFor best results\n\n--Ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork and pork ribs.\n\n--Fantastic as a vegetable stir fry while also complimenting fish, especially salmon and cod.\n\n--Marinade your meat in the glaze overnigh.
