Premium Biltong Spice Seasoning Blend - 500g \n\nA premium blend of spices such as pepper and coriander to perfectly season your biltong - a south african dry cured meat.\nA little goes a long way!\n\nMethod:\n\n- Cut meat into slices.\n- Rub biltong mix into the meat.\n- Leave for three hours to marinade.\n- Hang the meat to dry.
