Panang Curry Powder - 50g\n\nA tasty Thai inspired curry packed with authentic flavours.\nIngredients:\n--50g panang curry powder\n--500g chicken breast - chopped\n--1 onion - sliced\n--2 bell peppers - sliced (green or red)\n--1 thumb ginger - grated\n--5 cloves garlic - minced\n--400ml coconut milk\n--2tsp cornstarch\n--50g light brown sugar\n--1tbsp peanut butter (or peanut butter powder)\n--1tbsp fish sauce\n--1tbsp lime juice\nMethod:\n--Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, peppers, garlic & ginger, cook for 4-5 mins.\n--Add the curry powder, peanut butter and cook for a further 2 mins.\n--Add a the cornstarch to a small amount of coconut milk and mix until combined, add the remaining coconut milk to the pan and mix well.\n--Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir till combined, add the chicken and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.\n--Stir in the sugar, lime and fish sauce, season with salt & pepper.\n \nThis product now has Ingredients, allerge.
