The Bushmills 30 Year Old is a limited edition, rare and exceptional masterpiece of high strength (46% ABV) Irish Single Malt Whiskey. Distilled, matured, finished and bottled at the world’s oldest licenced whiskey distillery - Bushmills. Matured in bourbon barrels and sherry butts for 14 years, then finished in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez casks for 16 years, to give generations of rich and elegant dried fruit flavours. Pedro Ximénez is a dark Spanish fortified sweet sherry wine made from white grapes in specific regions, making each oak sherry butt incredibly rare and sought-after. The result is a unique dark rich gold whiskey, treacle toffee on the nose, then velvety smooth raisins and figs with hints of clove and orange peel on the tongue. A truly delightful experience for the palate.
