These nematodes will help rid your garden of slugs. These nematodes, Phasmarhabditis californica, are specially formulated to cover up to 100 sq.m. Garden slugs are known to feed on a wide variety of plants in the garden, including vegetables, ornamentals, and fruit crops. Slugs pose a year-round threat, with peak egg laying occurring in March–April and September–October. Consistent application of nematodes every six weeks effectively combats slug infestations throughout the growing season. Garden slugs are slimy, elongated creatures with soft bodies, typically ranging in colour from light grey to dark brown or even black. They can measure anywhere from 1 to 10 centimetres in length, depending on the species.
