By combining 150mm of reflex foam, 50mm of Gel-Flex cooling foam and a soft to touch stretch knit fabric, the mattress is designed to offer a firmer support. It39;s soft and luxurious stretch knit fabric features a quilted design and is fitted with a perimeter zip on the under side to allow you to remove it for washing. Set below the outer cover is a deep layer of Gel-Flex cooling foam; a temperature regulating and pressure relieving material designed to offer a cooler night39;s sleep. Its reflex foam foundation has a high level of antimicrobial and dust mite resistance and has the ability to contour your body shape, eliminating pressure points. It does this by displacing the air bubbles within the foam sideways when your body applies pressure and returns to its original shape when the pressure is removed. As the Gel Ortho is a one-side mattress, there39;s no need for it to be flipped over, but we do recommend that you rotate it from head to toe on a regular basis.
