It is a favoured salad leaf known for its distinctive taste, perfect for enhancing salads and sandwiches. This rocket can also serve as a spinach substitute in pasta dishes or can be sprinkled on pizzas for added flavour. Growing this rocket in succession is recommended to maintain an abundant supply of leaves, allowing for easy picking. Specifications include: Position in sun or semi-shade, height and spread up to 15cm. Supplied as one packet containing 750 seeds along with growing and care instructions. Seeds can be sown outdoors from March to September or year-round on a windowsill. Sow them thinly, at a depth of 13mm (1/2 inch) in drills spaced 37cm (15 inches) apart in well-tilled soil. Alternatively, seeds can be sown in pots of quality seed compost on the windowsill or in patio containers. Regular sowing guarantees fresh leaves throughout the year. When seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them to 15cm (6 inches) apart. This variety thrives in any well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
