Grow beautiful, sweetly scented blooms with Thompson & Morgan Stocks Giant Perfection Mixed seeds. This packet contains approximately 125 seeds for easy-to-grow plants, perfect for adding colour to your beds and borders. Stocks Giant Perfection Mixed features branching plants producing dense, showy flower spikes with both single and double blooms in a lovely pink hue. They are invaluable as summer bedding plants and also make magnificent specimens for winter flowering in a cold greenhouse. The flowers can be used raw in salads or as a garnish for desserts, and they possess a perfumed flavour. Sow from late winter to early summer, 6mm deep in good seed compost, ensuring light is not excluded as it benefits germination. Germination typically takes 8-12 days at 15°C (60°F). For outdoor sowing, plant in spring where they are to flower or in mid-summer for winter blooms under glass. Transplant when large enough, grow on under cooler conditions, and plant out 30cm (12in) apart in sun or part shade.
