Kentish-fruit aromas of apple, strawberry and pear lead to red-apple richness, ripe black and red berries, creamy depth and a fabulous hint of sweetness in the finish BALFOUR WINERY: Crafted by Balfour Winery on Hush Heath Estate in the Weald of Kent. Traditional-method sparkling, multi-site and hand-picked, with parcels pressed separately.
