70cl / 61.1% / Distillery Bottling - The 2026 release of the Isle of Raasay Cask Strength Single Malt. Made by blending peated and unpeated whisky matured in ex-rye whisky, Chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks, then bottled at cask strength without the addition of any water, it is Raasay whisky at its most expressive. An excellent combination of light peat smoke and salinity, the cask strength also brings notes of vanilla, dried fruits and chocolate in a punchy package.
