Our authentic Chinese glaze with its sweet aniseed taste and made with mixed herbs, fruit and vegetables. Use around 40-50g of glaze per kg of meat. Simple blend of spices, herbs and natural flavours that when dusted onto meat, fish or vegetables, re-hydrate to form a sauce-like glaze with a glossy visual appeal. Run meat under cold water, add to a bag with glaze & shake well to cover contents. Ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork and pork ribs. Fantastic as a vegetable stir fry while also complimenting fish, especially salmon and cod.
