Every botanical is real — no syrups, no artificial flavourings, no shortcuts. Distilled in the traditional London Dry method, where all botanicals are present in the still for full flavour integration and maximum aromatic lift. HANDCRAFTED AT YORKSHIRE'S PIONEERING DISTILLERY — Made in small batches by hand at our distillery in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, in traditional copper alembic pot stills — the same stills that have produced 125+ international award-winning spirits since Karl and Cathy Mason founded Yorkshire's first gin distillery in 2013. Every batch passes our in-house tasting panel before a single bottle is signed off. COPPER POT DISTILLED, SMALL BATCH, HAND-LABELLED — Each batch is produced in 200-litre runs in traditional copper alembic stills. Only the heart of the distillation is selected — heads and tails discarded — for a smooth, clean spirit. Bottles are hand-filled, hand-labelled and individually numbered at the distillery. No gimmicks, no artificial additives. Quality the Masons Way. TASTING NOTES & PERFECT SERVE — Light, sweet pear on the nose leads to a bold peppery warmth with hints of rose on the palate, and a smooth, dry finish. Serve over plenty of ice with premium Indian tonic water and a sliced green apple or kiwi fruit garnish. Alternatively, pair with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic for a more floral, aromatic serve.
