Bottled at a generous 42% ABV. REAL LIME LEAF, REAL ORANGE PEEL – Built on our classic Masons London Dry recipe (juniper, cardamom, coriander, angelica, fennel, almond, bay leaf and citrus peels), then deliberately layered with sweet orange and the unmistakable, wax-leafy fragrance of kaffir lime leaf. All distilled together in a single pass, so the citrus and lime-leaf character is properly integrated rather than infused on top. HANDCRAFTED AT YORKSHIRE'S PIONEERING DISTILLERY — Made in small batches by hand at our distillery in North Yorkshire, in traditional copper alembic pot stills — the same stills that have produced 125+ international award-winning spirits since Karl and Cathy Mason founded Yorkshire's first gin distillery in 2013. Every batch passes our in-house tasting panel before a single bottle is signed off.
