Replacement Master Fader Assembly for Pioneer DJM-3000 (replaces 226902940)\n\nThis is for ONE nbspares replacement Master Fader Assembly suitable for the Pioneer DJM-3000 (Replaces Pioneer Part Number: 226902940).\n\nThe PCB is custom designed in-house by nbspares, our high-quality PCB features plated-through holes for the components which creates a far stronger and more reliable connection between the fader and the PCB.\n\nOur PCB comes complete with an ALPS fader, and features a slightly higher operating force (slightly stiffer to operate), which helps give your mixer a premium feel.\n\nFitment is very straightforward; no soldering is required, the original simply unscrews and unplugs and ours refits in the same way.
