Upgraded Master Fader Assembly for Pioneer DJM-3000 (replaces 226902940)\n\nThis is for ONE nbspares Upgraded Master Fader Assembly suitable for the Pioneer DJM-3000 (Replaces Pioneer Part Number: 226902940).\n\nThe PCB is custom designed in-house by nbspares, our high-quality PCB features plated-through holes for the components which creates a far stronger and more reliable connection between the fader and the PCB.\n\nOur PCB comes complete with an ALPS fader, but our slider features an intergral dust-cover to help prevent the ingression of dust and debris which can cause premature failure of the control, leading to crackling audio, or no audio at all. The control also features a higher operating force (slightly stiffer to operate), which helps give your mixer a premium feel.\n\nFitment is very straightforward; no soldering is required, the original simply unscrews and unplugs and ours refits in the same way. However, we do recommend that this item is fitted by suitably experienced .
