Fermentation fanatics, this ones for you. Nc'nean Huntress 2025 - Lemon Meadow was fermented using classic yeast strains, Anchor and Fermentis, plus the French sparkling wine yeast, before the whisky was aged for five years in a cask mix of STR red wine (56%), bourbon (42%), and a splash of oloroso sherry (2%). It was bottled with no chill-filtration or colouring, and the single malt is certified organic as always from Nc'nean.
