Always an exciting experience to see the first bottlings from new distilleries arrive (Lochlea started distilling in 2018), and to see how everyone greatly enjoys them. This expression from Lochlea was aged in a combination of first-fill bourbon and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, and has been bottled up at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring.
