This natural food flavouring mixes a creamy sweet floral vanilla with a hint of lemon, providing your desserts with a delicious and classic cream soda flavour. It works great in general cooking/baking, cakes, yogurt, cheesecake, sorbets, drinks (including beer/cider), and ice-cream. It cannot, however, be used to flavour chocolate. Please note, this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted. For best results, dilute our cream soda flavour into a key wet ingredient (water, milk, egg). Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of natural cream soda food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring.
