This natural food flavouring mixes a spicy mulled wine flavour to give your cakes a unique and tasty kick.It works great in general cooking/baking, cakes, yogurt, cheesecake, sorbets, chocolate, and ice-cream. Water insoluble - not suitable for drinks.Please note, this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted.For best results, dilute our mulled wine flavour into a key wet ingredient (water, milk, egg). Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of natural mulled wine food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring.
