The AQUAEL TURBO FILTER is designed for cleaning and aerating aquarium water, offering quiet, energy-efficient performance with double mechanical and biological filtration straight out of the box. It is compatible with a wide range of AQUAEL biological and chemical filter cartridges, including BioCeraMAX Pro 600, BioCeraMAX Pro 1200, BioCeraMAX Pro 1600, ZeoMAX PLUS, CarboMAX PLUS, NitroMAX PRO, PhosMAX BASIC and PhosMAX PRO. The filter features media containers that can be filled with your preferred filter media, adjustable outflow direction up to 120 degrees, and handy performance control for flexible setup. A sealed rotor chamber helps maintain efficiency while reducing power use, and shock-absorbing suction cups help minimise vibration and noise. Larger TURBO FILTER 2000 models also include a ceramic rotor axis for quieter operation and improved durability. The starter kit includes a loose media container, one BioCeraMAX Pro 600 cartridge for biological filtration, and a sponge with carefully selected density for long-lasting filtration performance. The TURBO range can be configured with sponge only, container only, or container plus sponge, and extra media containers can be added to create a customised filtration system to suit your aquarium’s needs.
