IBG Models 1/72 Chevrolet C15A No13 Cab Watertank Truck\n\nAllied Watertank Truck\n\n20mm\n\nNew, sealed and unbuilt. \n\nRef No : IBG72012\n\nA long awaited plastic model kit of the 15cwt Chevrolet C15A No13 Cab Watertank Truck used commonly by the British and Commonwealth forces on all fronts throughout WWII. The Canadian Military Pattern (CMP) truck was also sent to the Soviet Union as part of Canada's lend lease programme. \n\nThe trucks were produced in Canada in large numbers following the Allied withdrawal from Dunkirk after the BEF had been forced to leave most of their vehicles behind. The specification was versatile with C15A being used for a wide variety of truck variants including Gerneral Service vehicles, Personnel trucks, Signals trucks and Water Bowsers.\n\nOver 400,000 were produced, many of which continued in civilian service after WWII.\n\nWhether for wargaming or just building for display this brand new kit is a beauty.
