Located in the Apulia region, the estate's vineyards enjoy a unique climate with abundant sunlight, sea breeze and terroir A PRIMITIVO BLEND: Best served at 16-18°C, this blended expression of the Primitivo boasts a deep red colour, heightened by brilliant purple reflections that serve as the opening act to a wine characterised by intense aromas and a persistent flavour A REFINED PROCESS: The must ferments under temperature-controlled conditions for about a week followed by another week of maceration on the skins for complete extraction of colour, aroma, and flavour. Aged for 3 months, followed by further bottle ageing BRILLIANT & INTENSE: The Àpulo Primitivo opens with a bouquet comprised of intense notes of red fruit, plum and black cherry jam accompanied by hints of vanilla and cinnamon that follow through to the palate for an exceptional expression of the grapes EXQUISITE TASTE: An intense and persistent flavour invigorated by a satisfying acidity, the palate is soft and enveloping creating an excellent match for flavoursome first courses, roast or grilled red meats, and mild cheeses
