The products are based on lead- and chromate free pigments.Recommended Uses:Should be used on new, bare or slightly rusted steel surfaces.Intended to be applied on small areas or for touch up.Should be used in light industrial exposures, normal humidity and interior applications and should be recoated with RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat Topcoats.
