This is a general purpose strain with a relatively neutral sensory impact, suitable for almost any wine style. This fast fermenting yeast is highly robust, tolerating difficult fermentation conditions and alcohol levels up to 18% ABV. It is particularly good when fermenting flower or low fruit recipes which often lack vinosity, weight and depth and is also useful for re-starting stuck fermentations.\nSuitable for fortified wines, high alcohol wines, sweet sparkling wines and ciders, Perry, Mead, vegetable wines, flower wines and more.\nFlavour / Mouthfeel Characteristics: This yeast's high glycerol production allows good enhancement of the mouthfeel of a wine, whilst it's impact on the flavour profile is relatively low. This strain makes robust, well structured wines.\n\nAroma Characteristics: This strain exhibits relatively neutral sensory characteristics so the aroma would come from the grapes ot fruit alone.\n\nHigher Alcohol Wines: This yeast is ideal for all styles up to 18% ABV.
